The Role

To cater for our extensive growth over the last 6 months we are recruiting for the position of a Project Manager, responsible for implementing our applications across hotels and restaurants worldwide.

This role is home based and will require travel to customer sites across North America.

Areas of Responsibility

 

  • Communicate with all teams and the client to agree timelines and project deliverables
  • Plan multiple projects working in an Agile environment
  • Scope and create project plans, working closely with the sales team along the way
  • Manage the entire implementation process with both the internal delivery team as well as the client
  • Work with designers to create drafts according to client specifications

The Role

To cater for our extensive growth, we are recruiting for the position of a Pre-Sales Engineer to assist the sales team in finalizing the scope of the project by assessing the deliverables from a technical perspective. Candidate should have strong computer science / programming experience to assess third party API documentation successfully and take ownership of integration scoping within the Pre-Sales team.

The candidate must be able to present well and discuss with customers how our solutions can address their problems.

Assists in all levels of technical account planning and engages with sales account managers and Sales Executives on new qualified opportunities. Assists in the development of formal sales proposals, presents and differentiates product offerings at a technical level from the competition.

Assisting in the design, validation, and presentation of iRiS software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products including integration complexities with 3rd parties. Therefore, there is a clear requirement to work with Product Management in understanding the roadmap and how this may impact scoping and delivery of customer solutions.

Working within one of our Scrum teams, the Software Engineer will be expected to take on a wide variety of development tasks spanning Entity Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, WCF and AngularJS.

  • Take ownership of our existing ASP.NET applications and cloud services from an architectural and coding perspective to ensure they are functioning beautifully
  • Work within a cross-functional Scrum team to propose, evaluate and execute the development of new integration frameworks (SOAP/REST/Web Sockets) and a wide variety of product features from our extensive, well-funded product roadmap
