Highest level security

Security is a priority for mobile services. iRiS uses industry standard SSL encryption in our APIs, which encrypts the traffic from any iRiS device across the entire Valet Suite. In addition, our room-based tablets are connected to a dedicated hidden SSID with secure authentication, so the device traffic cannot be intercepted.

When integrating into third-party systems, such as room controls or POS systems, iRiS takes extra precautions to ensure the safety of third-party protocols.
