Pre-Stay Offers API

Functionality: GXP can be used to build up a set of pre-stay offers that can be requested by guests prior to their stay. For example, placing flowers in the room, wifi/parking offers etc. Offers can be given names, descriptions, prices and images which can be stored and displayed to guests in multiple languages providing up sell opportunities to the hotel. The hotel can manage pre-stay orders in GXP Manager and receive notifications via SMS, email and Voicemail each time a new order is received.

Advance Requests API

Functionality: GXP can be used to build forms to capture advance requests from guests. Examples could include an advance check-in form to help reduce the need for form filling on arrival, or a request for an extra pillow to be placed in the room. Advance requests can be given names, descriptions, prices and images which can be stored and displayed to guests in multiple languages improving engagement with the guest before they arrive, reducing queues at the front desk. The hotel can manage advance requests in GXP Manager and receive notifications via SMS, email and Voicemail each time a new request is received.

Functionality: Guests can beat the queue at the front desk using an integrated online check-in process powered by GXP. Guests can choose their room, select from a list of upgrade options and receive a notification when their room is ready.
