As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for working directly with our project management and support teams to ensure successful end to end implementation of iRiS products. You will be responsible for all aspects of project administration from the design stage through completion and handover to the client.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Be a key individual of the project lifecycle support, taking direction from project managers and product managers
Support the project team with key deployments, including content development and loading, creating CSV’s and troubleshooting errors and content for key clients
Mobile device management support
Work with project team to report, communicate and co-ordinate the update of missing project information during deployments
Support the project team with troubleshooting for key clients both pre and post live deployment
Assist in testing calls to support product questions and troubleshooting
Support the project team to develop a detailed project plan to monitor, track and communicate progress including both internal and client facing plans
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Conduct client training and support both pre and post live and keep appropriate records to maintain project references
Help address questions clients have on using iRiS products
Manage client App Store submission
Collaborate with the product team to maintain support articles and documentation
Support the product team with the creation and implementation of on-line platform tutorials
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent client-facing and internal written and verbal communication skills including the ability to converse in a structured and effective way.
Excellent organisational skills to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
Ability to learn and understand new applications quickly.
Flexibility to adjust work according to changing project requirements.
Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced and high pressure environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to write clear and concise documentation.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Basic understanding of web-based technologies and applications.

DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
At least one year of experience working in a professional environment
Experience in IT/Project Support role
Technically curious and looking to learn new technologies
Prior experience in working for a company providing technical solutions
Prior experience working in or close to the hospitality industry
