  • Yes, it’s perfect for multi-property groups and allows guests access to all hotels in a single app.

    All the apps are branded to the individual hotel, in addition to the parent group brand if required.

  • There are no downloads - guests simply need a smart device and their browser to access the app. It’s fully responsive and adapts to the device that's being used.

    You can also embed the app into an existing hotel app to make use of all the features and integrations - with minimal dev effort.

  • We integrate with leading payment providers, Apply Pay, Stripe, Freedom Pay and Google Pay, to deliver a seamless, rapid guest checkout experience as part of our F&B ordering module.

    Payments can be taken in standalone non-POS integrated scenarios (tax calculations provided by IRIS® GXP) and POS integrated scenarios with immediate refunds in the event of a downstream order creation failure in POS.

  • Yes, we integrate with all the leading POS vendors, including Simphony, Infrasys, InfoGenesis, and Lightspeed to provide a seamless link between your guest and the kitchen. Orders are sent directly to the POS system and also stored in the app with full Group/Brand/Property reporting and analysis. The integration also enables hoteliers to:

    - Add, delete, and amend menu items and modifiers which are then automatically synced

    - Centralise and share brand-level menus across group properties

    - Calculate basket totals, taxes, charges and tips

    If your POS isn’t on the list? Fear not! We can integrate with other POS systems POS through an API. Simply implement 3 API calls and realise all the same POS integration benefits outlined above

    We integrate with the following leading PMS vendors - Opera, LMS, Host, Springer Miller, + approximately 60 additional ones with an aggregator.

    Instead of manually entering data into the IRIS GXP Front Desk, this can be automatically synchronised with your PMS in real time. Our app monitors the following PMS events:

    Bring your own PMS Integration - we appreciate there are a lot of PMS's out there, so like our POS Integration Framework, we also provide a generic API to allow customers/partners to build their own PMS integrations based on the HTNG standard.

    All of the IRIS text such as button names and controls are translated already across 13 different dialects and languages. All you need to translate is your menu content!
