How long have you worked at IRIS?

I have been with IRIS for a year and 2 months now.’’

What’s your background?

‘‘I have been in the customer service / technical support field for 18 years now. I have lots of experience in communicating with customers when they need assistance and ensuring that a suitable resolution is found.”

What inspires you about working in hospitality?

“I love engaging with people from diverse cultures, and aligning with our clients in our shared commitment to delivering flawless guest experiences.”

What sets IRIS apart from other companies?

What is your most significant achievement to date – personal or professional?

‘‘Personally, eating healthy. Professionally, having great communication skills and the ability to work in a team.’’

What gets you out of bed in the morning?

My kids, I mean literally. I love them, they always remind me to chill out and enjoy simple things in life.

What did you want to do when you were growing up?

‘‘ A painter. I love to draw and paint since I was a kid, it helps me feel confident.’’

‘‘Cycling. Every weekend or when I have free time, I ride my bike. It always boosts my mental and physical well-being.”

“When my Mom told me a joke a week ago.”

“The variety of tasks and responsibilities - it helps me feel engaged and I’m always learning something new. That’s the main reason I love working at IRIS.’’

“Be customer-service oriented and initiate problem-solving to all of your clients.”
