IRIS showcases new digital dining capabilities at HITEC to supercharge F&B revenue & save resources

IRIS, the global provider of digital F&B and guest experience platforms, will demonstrate their newly released online ordering features during HITEC to showcase how hoteliers can boost F&B revenue by up to 40%.

IRIS’ guest experience platform includes digital F&B ordering, a guest directory and mobile concierge solutions, all of which make it easier and faster for guests to browse, order and pay for items and services across multiple outlets.

The company will showcase a range of new features at HITEC Toronto, the world’s largest hospitality tech conference, between June 26 to 29 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

IRIS will be in booth #2328, demonstrating how the following new features have been designed to improve staff efficiencies, maximise revenue opportunities and personalise the guest experience:

  • Open Tab - for guests to start a tab, order multiple rounds of food and drink and pay in one transaction at the end.

  • Pay at Table - guests can retrieve their bill at the end of a meal and pay directly via the app.

  • Search and filter function - to cater for allergens, intolerances, and preferences.

  • Clearer pricing display.

  • Split bill feature - to ease group bill settlements.

  • Call wait staff button - for guests to call for a staff member.

  • Advance Grocery ordering - for guests to pre-order groceries and toiletries before their stay.

The platform enables hotels and restaurants to provide a flexible and complete digital ordering experience. As a result, hotels can reach and engage with their guests in a way that suits them while driving ancillary revenue and saving resources.

It’s an exciting time of growth for IRIS which has seen a 41% increase in F&B revenue through our platform year on year. This not only demonstrates the high demand for mobile technology for both guests and operators alike, but also highlights how online ordering enables hotels to reach more guests, enrich the guest experience and free up staff time.

We’re looking forward to exhibiting at HITEC, the world’s largest hospitality technology showcase. It’ll be great to connect with partners and hoteliers, and highlight why we’re trusted by the leading hotel groups of the world, like Marriott, Mandarin Oriental, Ennismore and Four Seasons to fuel their online ordering capabilities.
— Graham Rushin, VP Sales and Marketing at IRIS

Robust and scalable, IRIS’ mobile solutions cater to multiple brands, tenants, and languages. Additionally, integrations with leading POS providers and payment solutions like FreedomPay and Stripe enable hotels to benefit from more streamlined operations and the capability to manage orders and turn tables at a faster rate to drive more revenue.
