IRIS appoints Graham Rushin as Deputy CEO to accelerate global growth

In his new role, Graham will spearhead IRIS's commercial and strategic growth initiatives, with a clear mandate across five key pillars:

  • Mobile Ordering Innovation: Expanding IRIS's industry-leading mobile ordering capabilities, integrations, and guest engagement features to set new benchmarks in digital hospitality.

  • International Expansion: Driving market entry and growth across Asia and the Middle East, two of the fastest-growing regions for hospitality technology investment.

  • New Customer Journey: Reimagining how hotels and guests interact throughout the entire stay experience, with seamless, personalised digital touchpoints from arrival to checkout.

  • Hotel Market and Major Chains: Deepening IRIS's presence within the hotel sector, with a particular focus on growing partnerships with leading international hotel groups and major chains.

  • Strategic Ecosystem Partnerships: Forging and strengthening relationships with key integration partners to build out the IRIS ecosystem and deliver greater value to customers.

About Graham Rushin

Graham began his career as an electronics engineer before finding his passion in the IT sector and helping customers navigate rapidly evolving technology landscapes. He brings nearly three decades of experience to the IRIS leadership team, including close to 20 years working as a vendor in the hospitality space across Property Management Systems (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) solutions.

Graham joined IRIS in 2012 and has been instrumental in building the company's commercial foundations - leading sales and marketing and cultivating the major account partnerships that underpin IRIS's global customer base. His deep sector expertise, long-standing industry relationships, and genuine passion for hospitality technology make him uniquely placed to drive IRIS's next phase of growth.
