Marcus Bird
Chief Revenue Officer
An experienced technology leader, Marcus is responsible for growing and developing the company’s portfolio of hotel groups and chains globally, and strategically consulting with prospects and partners.
Marcus was previously Senior Director, Global Accounts EMEA at Oracle Hospitality, responsible for account managing Oracle’s Tier 1 portfolio of hotels. Prior to Oracle, Marcus was Hotels Director at Micros UK.
Marcus works closely with our hoteliers to demonstrate how we can drive efficiencies, save staff resources, and meet the requirements for a mobile-first technology that delivers a more personalised, autonomous experience for both guests and operators.
Natalie Moore ACMA
Chief Operating Officer
Natalie is a Chartered Management Accountant with many years’ experience within tech SMEs. She was excited to join IRIS in 2019 as Senior Management Accountant and bring her expertise and ideas to the role.
Progressing to CFO and then COO, Natalie’s team manages the company’s financial operations, including reporting, planning and data analysis.
When Natalie is not deep in a spreadsheet, she can usually be found outdoors somewhere, either up a mountain or in her hot tub.
Johan Ohlin
Chief Technical Officer
Johan joined IRIS in 2016 as a Senior Engineer was promoted to an architect in 2019 and later on to CTO in early 2022. He brings two decades of experience in structuring data systems.
Johan has a passion for operational excellence in the cloud with a focus on security and performance. If you bump into him chances are he's thinking of how to tweak the architecture of some new microservice being planned.
Outside of work, Johan enjoys trying out new recipes from all corners of the world and visiting IKEA once in a while - he is a Swede after all.
Kate Fuller
Head of Marketing
Kate is responsible for raising IRIS’s profile and generating demand for our first-class software solutions that are trusted by the leading luxury and chain hotels of the world. Prior to joining IRIS, Kate worked for Guestline, a global PMS vendor, to market their range of solutions to independent hotels across Europe and Asia.
With over 20 years of marketing experience and most latterly in the technology industry, Kate loves combining her IT marketing experience and passion for hospitality, developing content, creating campaigns, and working closely with hoteliers to help them maximise their revenue potential.
In her free time, Kate enjoys playing squash, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new holiday destinations!
Bob Menz
Senior Product Manager
During his career, Bob has gained experience in all areas of hospitality, progressing from the kitchen to the role of General Manager. Driven by a strong interest in technology, he transitioned into the tech sector, where he have spent the past 25 years serving as Director of Projects, Director of Payments, and Product Manager, with a focus on POS, PMS and interfacing systems.
At IRIS, Bob is responsible for driving product initiatives and delivering impactful solutions through agile methodologies, market planning, and in-depth market research. Working closely with hoteliers and internal teams, he is tasked with shaping the continued evolution of the IRIS platform to ensure it meets the changing needs of hospitality operators and their guests.
Robin Page
Head of Support
As Head of Support at IRIS, Robin is responsible for ensuring our customers receive a high-quality service through the support desk, working with Customer Support/IT teams and providing technical assistance to our deployment personnel.
Prior to joining IRIS, he amassed over 15 years of support experience, previously providing outsourced support services to the likes of Johnson & Johnson, Rocket Music and the Belgian Post Group.
In his free time (when not checking in on tickets) you can find him on a hockey pitch either coaching the Colts or chasing a ball himself!
Zhandra Gomez
Head of Customer Success
Zhandra joined IRIS in June 2021 as a Customer Success Manager and was promoted to Head of Customer Success in May 2026. She brings a wealth of experience in hospitality having worked in almost every department in hotels, with a strong focus on customer service.
Zhandra now leads the deployment and project management team ensuring customers onboard smoothly and maximise the potential of our IRIS software from day one. Zhandra is passionate about collaboration between all the internal teams as she always says “Operations is where every little contribution from each IRIS team member comes to life!”
Not surprisingly, Zhandra enjoys travelling and exploring new cultures and experiences. Zhandra’s secret to having lots of energy - she follows a rigorous strength training program 4 times a week.
