Hotel Visionary Awards – Food and Beverage category
Hosted by Hospitality Technology magazine, the Hotel Visionary Awards celebrate the industry’s most innovative companies and leaders.
IRIS has been shortlisted in the Food and Beverage category for our partnership with HEI Hotels & Resorts, who selected IRIS to roll out mobile ordering across their portfolio of properties.
Currently live in 20 hotels, our platform enables guests to order at touchpoints across the entire guest journey, from coffee shops to poolside, meeting spaces to room service. The results have been transformative:
The Gwen, Chicago – average transaction values increased by more than 20%
The Westin Riverwalk, San Antonio – a 46% uplift in average transaction values
Westchester Marriott – 33% expansion in F&B operations and 127% more orders processed with the same staffing levels
These achievements highlight the power of digital ordering to drive both efficiency and profitability for hoteliers.
