IRIS welcomes back Darren Panto as Senior Account Manager to drive growth with management companies and hotel groups
IRIS, a global leader in digital F&B ordering, guest directory, and concierge solutions, is delighted to announce that Darren Panto has re-joined IRIS as Senior Account Manager within its Commercial Team.
He will be responsible for driving sales and strengthening relationships with key accounts, including leading management companies and hotel groups.

Darren brings with him over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and technology sector, having built a career in hotel operations and innovative digital solutions.
He began in tour operating, contracting with hoteliers and hospitality companies worldwide, before moving into guest-facing hotel technology with IRIS, where he spent 10 years as Enterprise Sales Director focusing on hotel groups across EMEA.
He then joined American software company ALICE (now part of Actabl), helping Europe’s leading hotels deliver exceptional service and streamline operations with their housekeeping solution. More recently, he served as Sales Director UK&I atMews, a hospitality and payments platform, where he broadened his expertise across PMS, POS, and payments before returning to IRIS.
