IRIS heads to HITEC Paris as hospitality technology's flagship event lands in Europe for the first time
Mobile ordering and guest experience platform to exhibit at the inaugural HITEC Paris, co-located with EquipHotel Paris, showcasing European case studies and the latest platform innovations
IRIS, the global provider of digital F&B and guest experience platforms, will be exhibiting at HITEC Paris, HFTP's newest addition to the HITEC portfolio, from Monday 2 to Thursday 5 November 2026 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Paris.
HITEC Paris is the first time HITEC's flagship hospitality technology program has been brought to a European audience. Produced jointly by HFTP and RX, the inaugural event is co-located with EquipHotel Paris, one of Europe's largest hospitality trade shows, giving attendees access to both the dedicated HITEC content and the wider EquipHotel exhibition floor.
For IRIS, it's a chance to bring its mobile ordering and guest engagement story to hoteliers and tech leaders across the continent for the first time on this stage.
Meet IRIS at HITEC Paris
IRIS are at booth P7.3-B002, demonstrating how its digital F&B ordering, guest directory and mobile concierge solutions help hotels drive ancillary revenue and streamline operations across every guest touchpoint, from check-in through to check-out.
The team will be sharing European case studies alongside the platform's core benefits, walking visitors through the challenges IRIS solves for hotel groups, management companies and independent properties alike, and demonstrating how the platform flexes across brands, languages and outlets.
