Success Story

The Westin Kierland Resort moves 60% of orders to digital

The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa has transformed its in-room dining operation with IRIS Mobile Ordering, moving more than 60% of room service orders to digital.

By giving guests the ability to browse, customise, order and pay from their own device, the resort has reduced call volumes, removed manual order entry and created a faster, more convenient dining experience.

Feature focus

Toast POS integration

Our integration with Toast POS supports both ordering and payments.

Through this integration, IRIS can now complete orders and process payments through Toast POS. This lets guests place orders and pay for them in IRIS when syncing with the hotel's Toast system.

In addition, it expands POS integration options and gives properties greater flexibility in connecting their POS systems.
